You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement without modifications, which include those terms and conditions expressly set out below and those incorporated by reference, before you may become an AFFILIATE of FXStrategy.ca. In continuing to access or use the Web site, you agree to follow the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement as they may apply to you. This Agreement is effective upon completion of registration for new registering AFFILIATES. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use or access our services, and inform us in writing immediately.

I read, understood and accept the Agreement.

Before you press the Join key, there is a last but not least important issue. It is due to strict legal requirements, as well as our policy, and it aims to prevent misconduct in internet and other marketing channels. We undertake making the utmost efforts in being transparent with all clients and visitors onboard the trading platform. We respect our clients and their privacy, existing and prospect clients alike. a. I know that affiliating in the USA is limited to INTERNET affiliation only. Soliciting or advertising in any other-than-internet-channel (either in person or else) is strictly prohibited in the USA and for the US public. Such unauthorized activities include acting as an MR (Marketing Rep) or an Off-Line Affiliate.

b .I am not going to send any newsletter promoting FXStrategy.ca without a written-in- advance consent by FXStrategy.ca.

c. I know that it is strictly forbidden to imply profit making in Forex without an equally prominent reference to loss.

d. I confirm being aware to the requirement that any material promoting Forex must be associated with an adequate Risk Disclaimer. I know that Forex trading is risky, that it may incur substantial losses, and that it is not suitable to every person.
